There is nothing that comes to mind that will cause a false positive for benzodiazepines.

Valium isn’t over the counter, its prescription only, so if you can’t get a prescription you can’t get any, unless you know someone who is selling theirs (illegal btw)
I just took 4 pills of my 2 mg prescription of valium for my vertigo. I am just wondering if this is a bad decision or would I be fine?
8mg of Valium is not a high dose or dangerous. 10mg is given before a medical treatment that you are anxious about. I wonder though if Valium is the most helpful medication for vertigo? Stugeron is the most brilliant drug for both vertigo and motion sickness and you can buy it over the counter in the UK. I buy it on the internet from the UK as for some bizarre reason it isn’t available in Australia.
10 mg is the highest recommended doses. And at this dose most people will be fairly non-functional, unless they have tolerated to the effects of the drug. Valium is no longer the drug of choice for treating anxiety disorders. If prescribed it should be used only over the short term as it has a relatively high addiction potential and it’s anti-anxiety effects dissipate over the long run. If it is used as an anti-convulsive agent, again the dose is between 2 and 10 mg, several times a day.

anything over ur prescibed dose is dangerous…
40mg seems like a lot. that’s like 8 x 5mg tablets. the most i have had is 15mg.
anyways… valium and xanax is addictive. ur body does become immune. u could talk to ur doctor or psych about making it a higher dose.
i took 18 roach 10 valium over the space of 2 days and have a drug test coming up in about a month time and was wondering would they be out of the system and can you do anything to speed up the process

ativan is a muscle relaxer and would be better for a short plane ride than Valium. Valium leaves to much of a drug hang over and will stay in your system much longer. at least With ativan (as Long as you do not mix with alcohol ) it will be out of you system by the time you get up from your nap.
