valium is a sedative, which means it is a pill designed to slow your heart rate, breathing etc.
once you take the valium, you will feel sleepy, maybe a little tingly. you may experience blurred vision (at first) and/or dizziness or uncoordination (at first)
once you take them for a while, the sleepiness and all of those initial side effects will dissapear.

It is known as a “downer” but if you take more then the perscribed amount to get high it makes you feel happy, lots of energy, kinda numb, and you find yourself making stupid mistakes. It feels like an “upper” to me.After one or two hours you will feel tired and relaxed. Taking the perscribed amount will help ease pain if you have any or maybe just relax you if you didnt even have pain to start with. I Love these, I can take them all day long. with an empty stomach lets you take less to get high but can cause stomach pain, eat something small like a peice of bread if this happens.
